Penguins are not supposed to be in Ushuaia.  It's sort of like a moose wandering into your yard in Massachusetts -- by no means impossible, but definitely unusual.  This penguin is the only penguin we saw in Patagonia, a poignant symbol of our failure to get any further south than Cape Horn.
